History

In 2008, Scott T. Mac Donald, Co-founder and CTO of Invertes, was diagnosed with colon cancer. He underwent the standard procedure to remove the cancerous growth, which was successful, but complications arose subsequently resulting in new complications. The issues persisted for several months before being resolved.

This traumatic experience profoundly impacted him, both physically and mentally. Despite his experience, he was motivated by his belief that there must be a better way. 

After several years of development, we formed Invertes in hopes of revolutionizing colorectal cancer procedures.
